I am a leadership specialist with thirty years experience working with leaders and teams at world-class companies, including the BBC, Motorola, Kenya Airways, Rolls-Royce, Syngenta, Serco, GM Financial, Parker Hannifin and Fresenius Medical Care.
Leaders like you, your teams and companies, face incredible challenges – adapting while delivering to stakeholder expectations. It must be extremely hard and I empathise with you.

I trained at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and served as an officer in infantry and parachute regiments,
including an attachment with the US 82nd Airborne Division.
I graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Sports Science and MSc in Management Studies.
In my early career, I won one of the UK’s first National Training Awards.
Later, I completed the internationally acclaimed Advanced OD&HRM Program at Teachers’ College, Columbia University, NYC, and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Systemic Consulting at KCC, London, UK.
In addition to Leadership, Executive Teams, OD and Advanced Facilitation Skills, I have extensive experience/expertise in Scenario Planning, Executive Coaching, Critical Thinking, Collective Intelligence, Learning Agility, Experiential Learning, High Performance Teams, Leadership Mentoring, Talent Management, Leadership Storytelling, Systemic Thinking, and Narrative Leadership.
I have been a Visiting and Research Fellow at both Nottingham University Business School and the University of Bristol’s Faculty of Education.

PERSONAL
I work internationally from my home near the Lake District National Park, a World Heritage Site in the north of England.
I’m a fell-runner, road cyclist, lake swimmer and paddle-boarder.
I enjoy trad rock and alpine climbing, having ascended many of the classic 4000m alpine summits.
I’m a Parkrun Volunteer.and a Fell Race Organiser.
I write self-reflective poetry and read at local open mic nights.
I’m a weekly Foodbank Volunteer.
